Naira Marley is a Nigerian musician whose fans base cut across regions, the fans are known as marlians and he, is the acclaimed leader, but, there is another individual, who is a better marlian than Naira Marley.
Naira Marley was arrested for fraud by the Economics and Financial Crimes Commission, though, he was later released from their cell, but here is a man, that scammed a country in the middle East and has never be arrested to it.
This Marlian scammed a bank of over two hundred and fourty two million Dollars($242m), that is, over ninety three billion Naira, and he is living freely as if such thing didn't happen.
He is no other than, Foutanga Babani Sissoko, born in 1949, in Mali. Between 1995 and 1998, Foutanga Babani Sissoko scammed and racked in a whopping two hundred and fourty two million United States Dollars.
Foutanga Babani Sissoko scammed the Dubai Islamic Bank of $242 million and has never spent a day in prison for the crime. He even went on to become a member of the Malian Parliament.
One day in August, 1995, Foutanga Babani Sissoko went into the Head Office of the Dubai Islamic Bank to get a loan do a car, his request was granted, in appreciation, he invited the manager of the bank to his house for dinner.
It was during dinner, that the spirit struck, as Mr Foutanga Babani Sissoko Tom the Islamic Bank manager, Mohammed Ayoub, that he had black magic(Juju), which he can use to double money.
Mohammed Ayoub believed him (een though it was said that Mr Sissoko must have hynotized him)and his exploitation started, Mr Mohammed Ayoub stared bringing money for Mr Sissoko to double, bank money.
Between 1995 and 1998, Mohammes Ayoub made 183 transfers into Sissoko's accounts around the world. Mr. Foutanga Babani Sissoko was also owing so much card bills which runs in millions according and Mohammes Ayoub remaim the one to settle on his behalf.
He has done so much more and ans has not spent a day in prison for this crime because his house in a heavily guarded and monitored mansion in Dabia and Mali does not have an extradition deal.
